Understand referral approval and reward timing
Separate the request, newcomer booking and reward fulfillment.

Referral stages
A referral first records the referrer, friend and saved offer terms. The Owner reviews the request. Approval creates or links the newcomer profile and applicable booking. The reward then follows the campaign’s saved timing, rather than automatically being granted just because a form was submitted.
Common reward timing
The standard campaign timing is after the friend’s first attended session. Campaigns may offer immediate timing or a custom fulfillment arrangement. Attendance-triggered rewards should apply once, even if attendance is saved again. A custom bonus may require owner fulfillment rather than a new payment.
Investigate a missing reward
- Check whether the friend request was approved.
- Confirm the correct occurrence and saved campaign terms.
- Review whether the required attendance/timing condition was met.
- Inspect referral status and the appropriate package/credit record.
- Ask the instructor to review unresolved or custom rewards; do not submit duplicate referrals.
