How attended sessions and No Shows use credits

Understand saved credit costs, reserved bookings and corrections.

The saved booking cost matters

The booking stores its credit cost from the chosen type. New sessions consume one Session Credit; new classes consume one Class Credit. Historical appointment cost snapshots remain intact. Appointment minutes and credit cost are separate. Scheduled appointments reserve available capacity before attendance so the same entitlement cannot fund multiple conflicting purchases/bookings.

No Show policy

StudioLife’s No Show behavior consumes the booked credit cost. It is not a free cancellation. Group attendance is recorded per attendee, so one person’s No Show does not consume another attendee’s credits. Repeatedly submitting the same status must not create an extra debit.

When a balance looks wrong

  1. Check the package selected for the appointment.
  2. Review its start, expiry, payment state and scheduled reservations.
  3. Inspect the attendee’s recorded attendance or No Show status.
  4. Review used and reserved credits and their associated Session or Class Types.
  5. Ask the instructor/owner to review an incorrect status; do not create a duplicate booking to repair it.
