Attendance & check-in

Check in each attendee from Dashboard or Calendar

Record attendance per person instead of marking an entire group attended.

Find the current class

Dashboard’s Check In button appears when a session/class is active or begins within the next 30 minutes. Open it to select an eligible occurrence, then reveal that occurrence’s attendee list. Calendar also lets you open a specific occurrence directly.

Mark people individually

  1. Choose the exact session or class date/time.
  2. Review its attendee list; do not assume another occurrence has the same roster.
  3. Mark each person attended or No Show as appropriate.
  4. Check the resulting status beside each attendee.
  5. Correct an accidental status using the available attendance controls and review credits afterward.

What attendance affects

Attendance can consume the appointment’s saved credit cost and affect attendance reports and referral rewards. Recording attendance for one group attendee must not mark every member attended. An empty list usually means there are no bookings on that occurrence, not that the Class Type needs a permanent member roster.
