Accept a teammate invitation and find your workspace
Join the invited business using your own account.
Create or reuse your account
Open the teammate invitation sent by the owner. The page identifies the business and defaults to account creation. Use Submit and Join the [Business Name] Team to finish. If you already have an account, use the sign-in link below the submit button instead of creating a second account.
After joining
You enter the business with the owner-approved role and capabilities. Some screens and financial widgets may be hidden, and unsupported delegated operations remain restricted. Accountant access is for reporting only. Your employee profile/timecards are limited to your own record unless you have authorized management access.
If joining fails
Check that you opened the intended invitation and are using the invited account. Ask the owner to review the email and invitation state if the link is invalid. For account problems, email info@studiolife.io; do not include your password, clock code or full card details.
