View your timecards and request a correction

Submit missed-punch changes for Owner approval instead of editing recorded hours directly.

Your own record

Employees can view their own employee profile and timecards. They cannot use that access to inspect another employee’s hours. Authorized Owner/Co-Owner management screens provide team-wide review, while final correction approval is Owner-only.

Request a correction

  1. Open your employee profile/timecards and locate the shift.
  2. Review recorded start and end times against the actual work.
  3. Use the edit-request action with the proposed correction and a clear reason.
  4. Submit, then track the request’s pending/approved/declined state.
  5. After approval, reopen the timecard to confirm the corrected hours.

A request is not an immediate edit

Submitting a correction leaves the recorded shift unchanged until the Owner approves it. For a missed clock-out or duplicate-looking shift, explain the actual times instead of repeatedly punching. Pay-rate or payroll questions should be reviewed with the Owner; a timecard estimate is not proof of paid wages.
