Understand StudioLife plans and payment costs
Separate your StudioLife account plan from the plans you sell to clients.
Two different kinds of plans
Your StudioLife plan is the business account subscription. A Membership Type or Package Type is an offer your business sells to clients. Changing a customer membership does not change your StudioLife account plan.
Account plan options
StudioLife plan options are Free ($0), Premium ($9 per month) and Team ($29 per month). Free is designed for up to 10 clients and an owner-only instructor; Premium allows up to 30 active clients and one owner instructor with white label; Team is the only plan with teammates, offering unlimited instructors and clients with white label. Check the current account offer and available upgrade controls before relying on a plan change: subscription billing activation may be required.
Payment costs are separate
Payment screens quote 4.9% + $0.55 per successful payment on Free and 3.9% + $0.55 on Premium and Team. Processing fees are separate from the monthly account subscription and still apply during a retention offer. Review the disclosure shown before a transaction; no fee is collected for a declined transaction. Actual settled card processing costs in earnings exports can differ from estimates.
