Download annual earnings and payment summaries

Understand actual card fees and why an export is not an official tax form.

Choose the appropriate summary

Owners use annual card earnings/financial reporting; clients use the annual payment summary available under Finances. Select the correct year, business and client scope. An owner’s earnings summary and a client’s payment summary describe different sides of the transactions.

Actual fees and refunds

Annual card earnings use settled payment-provider fee details when available rather than pretending every payment has the same actual processing cost. Unsettled or unavailable fees can remain pending. Refunds and dates must be reviewed with their recorded cash flows, not subtracted from arbitrary months.

Not a government tax form

A StudioLife summary or CSV is not automatically a statutory tax document such as a 1099. Official form availability and requirements depend on the payment provider, account and jurisdiction. Consult a qualified tax professional and use applicable provider-issued documents; do not treat the export as guaranteed tax advice.
