Unique active names

Memberships, packages, Session Types and Class Types must have unique active names within your business. If a duplicate warning appears, choose a distinct name instead of relying on price or description to differentiate it. Search the other active catalogs before trying again.

Edit or remove an option

  1. Open the relevant Settings section and find the saved option.
  2. Use its edit action to review the three-step workflow.
  3. If the offer should no longer be used, choose its Delete action and read the confirmation.
  4. Check that it no longer appears among active choices.

Why some history stays

An unused option can be removed. An option already referenced by purchases, agreements or schedules is retired rather than destroying those records. Historical terms and appointment costs remain snapshots. To modify scheduled recurring occurrences, use Calendar’s recurring-edit controls rather than assuming a catalog edit changes the whole series.
