Join your instructor’s client portal
Use the invitation for yourself or a child without entering owner pages.
Start with the invitation
Use the portal link sent by your instructor. Create or sign in to your account as prompted so the invitation can link the correct client. Do not create a new coaching workspace to accept a client invitation. If the link is incorrect or outdated, ask the instructor to resend it from your client profile.
Clients and parents
The account holder can be the adult receiving sessions or a parent/guardian managing a child. Your account-holder profile and the serviced client’s details are separate. For multiple linked children, select the child before booking or managing plans; entitlement is not automatically shared across children.
What you can access
The client portal includes Overview, Book a Session, Manage Memberships, Finances, Refer a Friend, Policies and Progress, with Profile above sign out. It shows only authorized linked clients, not the business’s owner screens. Your instructor’s saved logo and color provide the portal branding.
