What is Accountability?
Keep clients on track between sessions with scheduled check-ins, feedback, streaks and rewards.
Why it helps
Accountability gives each client a simple routine between sessions. On a schedule you choose, the client answers a few questions and rates how on track they feel from 1 to 10. You reply with encouragement or plan changes, and the client sees progress, streaks and upcoming rewards in their portal.
Plan availability
Accountability is part of the Premium and Team plans. On the Free plan you can open the Accountability page to preview how it works, but its buttons stay locked until you upgrade from Profile → See Pricing and Plans.
Where to find it
Owners open Accountability in the main menu. Clients and parents see the progress meter and check-in form on the client portal once their instructor turns check-ins on.
